“E minor” is a variation of “Louis”.

Based on a mixture of vodka and Earl Grey, it is a bittersweet drink. Its plain scent captures the taste of autumn leaves, raindrops and freshly printed books.

A lingering touch of romance follows and melts on the tongue.

Recommended with 2 1/2 sugar cubes and no milk.
